This young little elf was found near Santa Claus’ factory! He was on his way to go make cookies for his other elf friends, because they were so tired from wrapping up all of the presents for New Year! With all that being said, meet my Charlie, the most hardworking elf of them all. He told me he will make you the best cookies in town if you hang out with him…
